Certified Trainer in Adult Education, Motivational Speaker, Author, Coach and now KIDZ-U-CATOR. For more than 30 years, through her workshops, keynote speeches, and classes in Adult Education, Heather has built a reputation for delivering ‘Pearls of Wisdom’ and ‘Intelligence for Life’ to life long learners of all ages.
Her unique style, enthusiasm, and personal passion for her message has inspired individuals from age 18 and up to take great strides forward in their lives.
Her recent transition to teaching and mentoring kids in Literacy, character building and the development of strong social skills is an extension of her passion for teaching and has taken on a new shape in her children’s books. Kidz-u-cation, as she calls it, is her new direction.
The saying goes: “If you need something done, ask a busy person to do it.” Aside from her on-going commitment to KIDZ-U-CATION, Heather volunteers 16 hours a month for The Hamilton Literacy Council – Tutoring adult students with low literacy skills. She provides one-on-one training to adults, some of whom cannot read or write, (A very busy lady). Heather is also a member of the IEC Speakers Bureau (Industry Education Council of Hamilton) where she provides seminars on Creative Career Planning and Life Success Skills.
